Frequently asked questions
How long does a custom piece take?
Most custom pieces take between 3 and 8 weeks after you approve the quote, depending on size and complexity. We confirm the exact timing in your quote.
Can you adapt an existing piece?
Yes. Most pieces can be made in another size, finish or material. Tell us which piece you like and what you would change.
Do you work with hotels, riads and architects?
Yes. We regularly make pieces for hospitality and interior projects, in small series or one-offs. Mention your project type in the form and we will prioritise it.
Which materials can I choose?
Selenite, our signature stone, as well as agate, quartz and amethyst. We advise you on the stone best suited to your use, your light and your budget.
How does payment work?
Once you approve the quote, we agree on payment terms together, usually with a deposit before production starts. Nothing is charged through the website.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes. We pack each piece carefully and arrange delivery. Delivery cost and time depend on the destination and are included in your quote.
