Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data AtlasCrystal collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. It applies in accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR.

What we collect and why

Custom request form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, company, your message and any photos or plans you attach. Used to answer your request and prepare a quote.
Contact form: name, email, phone, subject and message. Used to reply to you.
Newsletter: email address, after you confirm your subscription by email. Used to send you news about AtlasCrystal.
Security: a shortened, salted hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse of the forms. We do not store your IP address in clear.

We record the date and time of your consent when you submit a form.

Buttons on this site open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. The conversation then takes place on WhatsApp and is subject to its own privacy policy.

How long we keep your data

Custom requests that did not lead to an order are anonymised after 24 months, and their attachments are deleted.
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Who receives your data

Your data is accessible only to the AtlasCrystal team. Our service providers process it on our behalf: ServOrbit (hosting and email) and Cloudflare (network security, protection against abuse). Attached files are stored in a private area and are never publicly accessible.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. In Morocco you may also contact the CNDP; in the European Union, your local data protection authority.
